Social Graphs

User Agreement

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

1. General

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of the Social Graphs website, Telegram bot, and related online services provided by the Administration (the “Service”).

By using the Service, including starting the bot, registering, paying for services, or accessing materials, the User confirms they have read and fully accept this Agreement. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Service.

2. Services and digital goods

The Service provides digital goods and intangible services, including social graph reports, graph creation and editing tools, analytical and informational materials, credits, and related service features.

Materials may include information from public sources, original materials of the Administration or third parties, analytical reviews, collections, recommendations, and structured data.

The value of digital goods and services lies in their organization, analysis, presentation, support, assistance, and updates, not in the exclusivity of individual information fragments. The Service does not guarantee that any individual element is unique or unavailable elsewhere.

3. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “AS IS.” The Administration does not guarantee that the Service will meet the User’s expectations, achieve financial, commercial, professional, or other results, or operate without interruption or error.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration is not liable for direct or indirect losses, including lost profits, consequences of using materials, acts or omissions of third parties, temporary technical failures, or access restrictions.

The User independently decides whether and how to apply materials, recommendations, and services, and does so at their own risk.

4. Lawful use

The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate unlawful activity.

The User must use the Service in compliance with applicable law and third-party platform rules. The User is responsible for the lawful use of Service materials and features.

5. Intellectual property

Materials available through the Service are protected by intellectual property laws.

Without the rights holder’s permission, the User may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties, or otherwise use Service materials. Infringement may result in restricted access without compensation.

6. Access restrictions

The Administration may suspend or restrict access if the User breaches this Agreement or abuses the Service, if required by law or a payment provider, or if the User’s actions create elevated risks for the Service, providers, or third parties.

An access restriction does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.

7. Payments and refunds

Services and digital goods are charged at the terms and prices shown in the Service before payment.

Once access has been provided, a refund is not available unless the service was not delivered due to a technical failure of the Service, access to the digital good was not actually provided, or applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

To request a refund review, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment, using the bot’s support form or support@social-graphs.com. The Administration reviews each request individually.

Before contacting support, the User agrees not to initiate a payment reversal (chargeback) through the payment system.

8. Privacy

The Administration processes the minimum technical and other data needed to operate the Service and takes reasonable steps to protect it, but cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted information. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

9. Changes to this Agreement

The Administration may change this Agreement. The current version is published in the Service.

Continued use of the Service after a revised version is published means the User accepts the updated terms.

10. Contact information

For questions about the Service, the User may contact support through the bot’s support form or at support@social-graphs.com.

By using the Service, including starting the bot or entering the /start command, the User confirms they have read and accept this Agreement.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Services

What we provide

The Services provide software tools for:

  • Creating and viewing graph-based Reports, including social network ego graphs (e.g., connections, clustering, metrics, and visualization).
  • Editing graphs, uploading graph files, generating graphs via algorithms, and customizing visualization.
  • Optional sharing of Reports (e.g., by share links) depending on the product configuration.

No affiliation

The Operator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social network or third-party platform (including VK/VKontakte, Instagram, or their owners). All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Changes and discontinuation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that any feature will remain available.

Accounts, authentication, and security

Registration

You may need an Account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Third-party login / OAuth

You may be able to log in or connect using third-party providers (e.g., Telegram OAuth, VK OAuth). If you connect an account, you authorize us to receive and store necessary authentication information and tokens for the limited purpose of providing the Services.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Service rules (acceptable use)

We may investigate violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating your Account, and cooperating with lawful requests.

Unlawful or abusive use

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Harass, stalk, threaten, defame, or discriminate against individuals or groups.

Unauthorized data access and platform violations

  • Access, collect, or process data you are not authorized to access.
  • Bypass privacy settings, access controls, authentication, or other security measures.
  • Use stolen credentials, stolen tokens, or otherwise compromised accounts.
  • Use the Services in a way that violates the terms, policies, or rules of third-party platforms (including social networks) or applicable API rules.

Misuse of the Services and security

  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks.
  • Circumvent rate limits or access restrictions, or use automated means to access the Services in a manner that degrades performance, unless we explicitly permit it (e.g., via an official API if offered).
  • Use anonymization or routing tools (VPN/proxy/Tor) to evade enforcement actions or safety controls. (We may restrict such traffic at our discretion.)

Content rules

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or violates third-party rights (privacy, IP, etc.).
  • Upload content you do not have rights to share with us and to authorize us to process.

  • Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.
  • You are responsible for network fees, exchange rates, and ensuring you send the correct amount to the correct address.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges associated with your purchases or use of the Services.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Reports will be complete, accurate, or up to date.
  • Any particular social network data will be available or retrievable.

Reports are for informational and visualization purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use outputs.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In that case, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator, developers, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your Source Data or User Content.
  • Your violation of this Agreement.
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights (including privacy and IP).

Suspension and termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services stops immediately.
  • We may delete or disable access to your Account and User Content, subject to legal requirements and operational constraints (e.g., backups).

Intellectual property

The Services, software, design, logos, and all related materials are owned by the Operator or licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

Third-party services and links

The Services may include links to, or integrations with, third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their policies.

Governing law and disputes

Informal resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve disputes informally.
